Ministry Partners

These organizations hold tightly to the Gospel of Jesus Christ while meeting real needs in dignifying, long-term ways.

441 Ministries is bringing hope, healing, and holistic development to the Beechwood neighborhood through programs for children, mentorships for teens, and New City Cafe, a coffee shop creating jobs and a community space.

CompassCare is erasing the need for abortion by transforming fear into confidence for women facing an unplanned pregnancy.

The Good News Jail & Prison Ministry is bringing the gospel of Jesus Christ to prisoners.

Volunteers can help work directly with inmates in the jail by building relationships, listening, and offering to pray. The ministry also needs volunteers willing to help grade homework from inmates working through Bible study plans.

Open Door Mission is restoring hope and changing lives through their emergency shelter, addiction recovery services, and community programs.

Volunteers can serve breakfast or dinner to those staying at the mission, lead Bible studies or worship, do administrative or maintenance tasks, or coordinate seasonal/holiday/fundraising events.

Supports on the Streets is meeting the immediate physical needs of the homeless in Rochester.

Volunteers can build care and hygiene packages to be distributed on the streets to build relationships. You can also join the team on the streets to personally distribute the packs and meet those in need.

Community Partners

Our Community Partners are organizations who are effectively meeting real needs in dignifying, long-term ways and are open to people from Northridge sharing the Gospel through both word and deed, though they may not be officially connected to the Church.

Cameron Community Ministries is an Urban Outreach Community Center in the distressed Lyell-Otis Neighborhood of Rochester, NY. Cameron offers many programs including, Youth After-School and Summer programs, a free hot meal program that serves lunch daily, an emergency food pantry, Kids Cafe nightly dinner and a clothing house that serves community members in need of clothing and housewares.

Genesis House provides shelter and services to Rochester's homeless and runaway youth.
